Psychology and Emotional Intelligence for Project Managers


This three (3) day advanced level course teaches the challenging concepts of why the Psychology and Emotional Intelligence of Project Management is paramount to the successful Project Manager and leads to better project results. This course is typically taught to strategic executives as well as key military personnel at some of the leading universities around the world  at a prohibitively high cost.

This course covers the salient points of what Project Management experts in "Emotional Intelligence" are like, and examines the advanced concepts of:  'highest delivery’, ‘obtain forgiveness’ or ‘send your death certificate’.

Candidates chosen will be requested to attend an interview for entry to this course.

Candidates must provide detailed Project Management experience of more than 5 years, with specific experience in the Financial Industry. 

Candidates not having specific industry experience but articulating and detailing his/her interest in the Financial Industry will be considered.
