Project Management: Psychology and Emotional Intelligence
This three (3) day advanced level course teaches the challenging concepts of why the Psychology and Emotional Intelligence of Project Management is paramount to the successful Project Manager and leads to better project results. This course is typically taught to strategic executives as well as key military personnel at some of the leading universities around the world  at a prohibitively high cost.

The concepts taught in this challenging course are absolutely essential tools for today's financial professional, and will ultimately lead to the success of projects in our highly complex and sensitive industry. "Emotional intelligence means doing the best thing in any given situation; but not necessarily the action deemed the most appropriate by others." (Dr. Lew Ireland, President of the American Society for the Advancement of Project Management)

This course covers the salient points of what Project Management experts in "Emotional Intelligence" are like, and examines the advanced concepts of:  'highest delivery’, ‘obtain forgiveness’ or ‘send your death certificate’.

All course materials are provided. Upon confirmation of registration, the student will receive a free one-year subscription to Investment Executive, Canada's Newspaper for Financial Advisors.
