Our Mental Health and Wellbeing program focuses on resource and expert support for the corporate professional. SUI has launched a series of Mental Health and Wellbeing courses and online guest talks to support professionals dealing with personal, societal and career mental health issues. We believe its more relevant now than ever before.

It is normal to feel anxious and afraid while we deal with the effects of personal, societal and corporate stress in our daily lives. Especially now with the world having been impacted so drastically during the COVID-19 pandemic. We know this situation is stressful for everyone; people living with mental illness and addictions may be finding it especially difficult to cope.
And while the dialogue around Mental Health is more open, it still carries a stigma, especially to corporate professionals who may not be able to 'open up' as readily for fear of career reprisal. Remember: no matter where you are or what you’re going through, you don’t have to go through it alone.

Online programs that include courses for stress awareness and stress management, where you can get one-on-one support, and where online guest speakers can help you to share your experiences with managing your stress and anxiety related to your personal, corporate and societal life.
